The Risk Banking and Finance Latam — Consultoria, Participações e Eventos, registered in the state of São Paulo, is a private limited company (Ltda) providing financial advisory services, specialised in corporate finance and risk management.
We aim to deliver quality service through our team, local partners and international contributors with diverse expertise — a network built to secure growth and adequate financing for client companies, together with integrated risk and enterprise value management.

Specialists in finance, risk and high-level events
We are a multidisciplinary team combining experience in corporate finance, risk management, quantitative modelling and event organisation. We work with academic and professional partners in Brazil and abroad.
Our practice is deliberately independent: we do not distribute financial products and we receive no commissions on recommendations. That allows us to say what the numbers show — including when the answer is not to proceed.

Founder
Oliviero Roggi
Professor, corporate finance advisor and founding partner of IFC Consulting Srls, in Florence.
Oliviero Roggi is the founder of RBF Latam. Co-author of several books with Aswath Damodaran, the world reference in valuation at NYU Stern, he taught M&A and Valuation in the MBA in Finance at NYU Stern and has worked in financial advisory for 20 years.
In Europe he is the founding partner of IFC Consulting Srls, a finance and risk management consultancy registered in Florence and RBF Latam's strategic partner. The two firms work as one, so Brazilian and European clients are served with the same methodology.
This dual origin — the Brazilian market and international academia — defines the house method: explicit assumptions, reproducible models and a reading of risk that goes beyond the spreadsheet.

Multidisciplinary by design
Each project is led by a senior partner and supported by the skills the problem requires: modelling, regulation, accounting, corporate structure or event operations.
The team combines professionals in corporate finance, risk management, quantitative modelling and event production, with local partners in Brazil and Latin America and international collaborators in Europe and the United States.
The consultant network includes professors from NYU Stern's Finance department — including Edward Altman, Menachem Brenner, Aswath Damodaran, Anthony Saunders and Marti Subramanyan — engaged according to the scope of each project.
